The Roofing Process
Transparent, professional, and stress-free from start to finish.
We believe an informed homeowner is a confident homeowner. Here's exactly what to expect when you work with Martin Roofing & Construction on your roof replacement or repair project.
Free Inspection & Estimate
We start with a thorough inspection of your roof to assess its condition, identify any damage, and determine the best course of action. You receive a detailed, written estimate at no cost.
Material Selection
We walk you through your roofing material options — shingle styles, colors, manufacturers, and warranty levels — so you can make an informed decision that fits your budget and aesthetic.
Insurance Coordination
If your project involves storm damage, we work directly with your insurance adjuster to document damage and ensure you receive the full coverage you're entitled to.
Scheduling & Preparation
Once materials are ordered and your project is scheduled, we prepare your property — protecting landscaping, vehicles, and outdoor furniture from debris.
Tear-Off & Deck Inspection
We remove all existing roofing materials down to the deck, then inspect the decking for rot, damage, or structural issues that need to be addressed before installation.
Professional Installation
Our certified crew installs your new roofing system per manufacturer specifications, ensuring your warranty is fully valid and your roof performs as designed.
Cleanup & Final Inspection
We perform a thorough cleanup of your property — including magnetic nail sweeps — and conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Warranty & Follow-Up
Your project comes with both a manufacturer material warranty and our workmanship warranty. We follow up after completion to ensure everything is performing as expected.
